I’ve been going to Light Ex for Jeuveau and have had a wonderful experience every time. The injector truly takes the time to walk me through the process, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed. I really appreciate how up-front and honest they are about what will and won’t work — there’s never any pressure. The results are always very natural, never overdone, which is exactly what I want. I highly recommend Light Ex if you’re looking for thoughtful, skilled, and honest injectors.

My experience was awesome . I originally started at the Dearborn location but they had some machine issues so they finally sent me out to the Novi location about 6 months ago . I have stayed at the Novi location ( I live in Dearborn ) . Dominica is awesome . She is professional , patient and does a tremendous job . I will continue to see her and hopefully only her , even with the drive. Caitlyn is the manager of the Novi office , she is awesome as well . She is very pleasant and easy to work with . I’m a customer for life .

I highly recommend LightRx in Novi! I’ve never had a problem scheduling appointments and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I usually come in with a lot of questions about different services, and they are always patient, knowledgeable, and happy to explain everything in detail. I also filled out the paperwork for the GLP-1 shot and was impressed that they got back to me the very next day letting me know I was approved. Overall, a great experience every time!

I had an amazing experience at LightRx! I went in for Botox for the first time, and I was pretty nervous, but the staff made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. The place is spotless, and everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything, and the results are so natural—I absolutely love it! I also had a hydro facial with Danielle, and she was fantastic! So knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My skin felt incredible afterward. If you’re considering any treatments, I highly recommend LightRx. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident!
